The Vapor Studio Shipping & Return Policy

We are happy to announce we offer nationwide shipping within the USA.

Shipping Policy

We provide free shipping on orders over $20.00 to all retail orders within the U.S. You have the option to choose another shipping method upon checkout at an additional cost. We will ship orders the same day it is ordered, as long as it is placed before NOON (12pm) CST. This shipping time does not include holidays and weekends. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to be updated from the courier. Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to arrive dependent on the shipping method selected.

Missing an Item?

If you are missing an item from your order, please contact us at 512-832-VAPR(8277) or send a Help Desk ticket to Support@TheVaporStudio.net within three business days to inform us of the missing item. We will make sure to send you the correct item once we are notified of the mistake and have reviewed the shipment. Any missing item tickets opened after three business days may be denied.

Received the incorrect item/order?

If you received an incorrect item in your order, please contact us at 512-832-VAPR(8277) or send a Help Desk ticket to Support@TheVaporStudio.net. Once we review the proof, we will contact you and send you the correct item. If necessary, we will provide a return label with the new package or we will e-mail you a return label.

If you received another customer’s order by mistake, please contact us at 512-832-VAPR(8277) or send a Help Desk ticket to Support@TheVaporStudio.net. We will contact the customer and provide a return label so we can send the order to the correct customer.

Delayed Order

We send all orders the same day it is placed, before NOON p.m. PST, excluding weekends and holidays. If your order has not been received within 7 business days, please contact the shipping courier and open a case or ticket. If the shipping courier has informed you they have lost your package, please contact us at 512-832-VAPR(8277) or send a Help Desk ticket to Support@TheVaporStudio.net.

Damaged Upon Arrival

If you receive an item that has been damaged upon arrival (ex: broken bottle), please contact us at 512-832-VAPR(8277) or send a Help Desk ticket to Support@TheVaporStudio.net so a Customer Service Representative may review the case and contact you with a resolution. We must have visual proof of the damage before we can offer a resolution.

What's Not Covered

While we do have a 30 day manufacture warranty on most item, the following is not warrantied or covered, E-Liquid Damages, Cracked Or Damaged Screen, Missing, Bent, or Damaged Charger Ports, Missing or Cracked Parts, Any item showing above normal wear such as signs of drops or abuse will not be covered unless it arrives in this condition in which a return request must be opened with in 24 hours of being delivered. The standard manufacture warranties still apply. The Vapor Studio has the right to refuse or deny any return at any time for any reason if we deem is appropriate, for example buyer does not send back correct item, or send a item back that has been dropped several time, or contains water(E-Liquid) damage.

Items That Are Not Eligible For Return

House Blend E-Liquid, Premium E-liquid, Tanks, Coils, Replacement Glass, Replacement Tips. This is due to the nature of the product. The Vapor Studio has the right to refuse any return if we deem the item not eligible under our return policy.

Cancelling/Changing Orders

We are able to cancel orders or make changes as long as the request is sent in before the item ships out. If the item ships out we will not be able to cancel or make any changes to the order. And the buyer may be responsible for any return shipping costs if they do not want the item.
